Data Collection

Embedded content, i.e. videos, images, articles, etc. from other websites behave in the exact same way as if you have visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Sample websites, embedded YouTube videos, embedded Instagram posts, amongst more.

We collect anonymous user data to improve customer experience across all our websites, platforms and social media channels. We use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, amongst more from time to time. At all times, data analytics is anonymous and no personally identifiable information is collected without your consent.

Data Sharing

Although we store the data on different software solutions, such as Google, WordPress, Zoho and more, we strictly do not share data with any third party. All personally identifiable information is only handled by authorised personnel.

In some cases, information such as the name, address and mobile number may be shared for logistics purposes (postage, courier).

Data Retention

We retain data indefinitely, and/or as required by the law.

We take measures to protect the data we hold about our users, clients and their users.

Rights over Data

You may request to receive an exported file of the data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If at any time you wish to obtain or destroy the information we store about you, you may drop us an email at legal@brewing.studio with the subject “Data Erasure Request”.

Note: Anonymously collected data by nature cannot be erased.
